Willow definitely has shades of Pink.
The 9-year-old daughter of the colorful pop star and husband Carey Hart wowed viewers when she joined her melodic mom for a darling duet on ABC’s “The Disney Holiday Singalong” Monday night.
Willow was a “surprise guest” — as teased by Pink on social media earlier in the day — on the one-hour special, and joined her mom for a version of the classic carol “The Christmas Song.”
“They know that Santa’s on his way. He’s loaded lots of toys and goodies on his sleigh,” warbled Willow, who wore a Disney princess-worthy dress next to her proud mom, who herself rocked a shimmery burgundy gown as the beaming mom held the microphone in front of her offspring.
The sweet serenade brought strong reactions from Pink’s fans, who seemed surprised to learn the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
“watching the Disney Christmas singalong and PINK’S DAUGHTER WILLOW HAS THE PRETTIEST VOICE??????” gushed one viewer. “Like this lil girl started singing and i got CHILLS oh my god. what a talented lil lady.” Another tweeter sized her up by saying she “has a beautiful voice like her mom!”
“@Pink Your daughter Willow was on fire tonight on the @Disney singalong- you were awesome too as always but come on- love to you both,” wrote an enchanted fan on Twitter in a post punctuated by fire and heart emojis.
It also appeared to some that Willow — whose blond, short-cropped hair was reminiscent of her Grammy-winning mom’s ‘dos from the 1990s — was absolutely enamored with her mother.
Pink wasn’t the only one to offer up a family gathering: Ciara was joined by children Future, 6, and Sienna, 3, and Michael Bublé serenaded his wife, Luisana, and their kids — Noah, 7, Elias, 4, and Vida, 2 — with a version of “It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas.”
The holiday special also featured performances by BTS, Katy Perry, Leslie Odom Jr., Chloe x Halle, Adam Lambert and more, plus appearances by the casts of Disney’s coronavirus-paused Broadway shows including “Aladdin” and “The Lion King.”
