This rapper is meek with his mills.

Philadelphia rapper Robert Rihmeek Williams, more commonly known as “Meek Mill,” is being dragged online for forking over a measly $20 bill from his Rolls-Royce to kids selling water bottles on the streets of Atlanta.

The 33-year-old posted footage of the driver’s seat charity work on his Instagram story — captioning the video of the seven kids “Atl RUNTZ.” But he was quickly called out for what critics called “performative activism.”

“I don’t need to recored myself doing a good deed,”  wrote one less-than-impressed fan while another commenter wrote that the amount was “disrespectfully low,” pointing out that “splitting” the bill would amount to only two or three bucks per kid.

But, historically, Meek isn’t a scrooge. In April of this year, the “Dreams and Nightmares” hitmaker donated his 2018 Rolls-Royce Phantom as part of the All-In Challenge to benefit food charities in the wake of COVID-19. He seems to have replaced the luxe wheels, and is seen in the video reprimanding one young man who is pushing for more cash, “Don’t put your hand on my car.” Before driving off, he scolds, “I just gave y’all money, man!”

Meek’s ham-handed handout comes on the heels of another millionaire hip-hop star’s financial fumble. Bronx-born rapper Cardi B is under fire for flippantly asking her followers on Sunday, “Should I spend 88K for this damn purse ?” The “Bodak Yellow” singer is doing penance by matching donations made to “any charity or foundation.”

Meek became an advocate for criminal justice reform after he was sentenced to two-to-four years in prison for violating probation stemming from drug and weapons charges.

Fellow rapper Jay-Z executive produced a docuseries for Amazon Prime, “Free Meek,” about the arrests, probation and trials. Meek also famously met with Kim Kardashian West at the Waldorf Astoria hotel to discuss the issue, drawing the ire of Kardashian’s rapper husband Kanye West.

The father of three has yet to re-open up his wallet. Meek defended himself on Twitter writing, “They appreciated it, they just hustling kids.”
