‘Friend’ faces charges after mom’s body found stabbed and wrapped in plastic 1

Carole McHenry — a friend of “Quaker Girl” Danielle Easey, the woman from Gosford, Australia, who was allegedly stabbed to death, wrapped in plastic, and dumped in a creek — has seen her charges upgraded to murder in connection with her friend’s grisly demise, the Daily Mail reports.

Accused of slaying 29-year-old Danielle Easey, friend Carole McHenry, 32, made a recent appearance at Gosford Local Court via video link.

There, Australian prosecutors upgraded initial charges against the mother-of-four of being an accessory after the fact in the murder of Danielle Easey.

Danielle’s body was found astride a creek in Killingworth, which lies west of Newcastle in NSW, on August 31, 2019.

Three co-accused have been charged over the grizzly death of ‘Quaker Girl’ Danielle Easey, 29, after her body was found on the banks of Cockle Creek in Killingworth, west of Newcastle, on August 31 last year.

Shock twist in the case of mother found dead wrapped in plastic in a creek as her female friend has her charges upgraded to MURDER

As the court heard recently, Carole McHenry allegedly impersonated Danielle Easey on social media during the weeks that preceded her gruesome murder. Police allege McHenry defrauded Easey’s mother of $50 one day before her daughter’s body was found.

Justin Kent Dilosa, 33, is also accused of Easey’s murder and is still before the courts, while Jeremy Aaron Princehorn, 37, was charged with concealing a serious indictable offense.

The cops believe that Easey was stabbed to death somewhere around August 17 inside a home in Gosford, The Canberra Times reports.

Next, they believe, the killers took her body, wrapped in plastic, to an abandoned chicken processing plant, where they left it overnight before finally leaving it at the creek.

Police say an autopsy revealed she had been seriously assaulted and stabbed.

Third charge in Danielle Easey murder case

The Daily Telegraph reports that a bail application last year revealed that Dilosa allegedly showed Princehorn the dead body of Easey as early as August 18 at a local home.

Princehorn allegedly did not tell the authorities because he lived in fear of Dilosa.

Acting Detective Superintendent Jason Dickinson has indicated that Dilosa, Danielle Easey, and Carole McHenry all knew each other for quite some time.

In the wake of Danielle Easey’s death, Carole McHenry was arrested in September 2019 and charged with being an accessory after the fact to murder and dishonestly obtaining a financial advantage.

Justin Kent Dilosa, 33, of Cardiff, was the first arrested in September last year during a raid at an old chicken processing plant at Cardiff where he was living in a caretaker’s cottage.

Following Dilosa’s arrest, detectives seized a Mitsubishi Delica at the chicken processing plant.

Curiously, Carole McHenry appeared calm and relaxed at her recent court appearance for her alleged role in Danielle Easey’s violent demise.

At the hearing, Carole McHenry learned that her case would be committed to the Supreme Court in 2021. So any justice in the slaying of Danielle Easey will have to wait well into next year.

According to the Newcastle Herald, the name of the creek beside which the killers dumped Easey’s cold body is Cockle Creek.

Carol Marie McHenry, long accused of being an accessory after the fact to the brutal murder of Danielle Easey, the young mother whose body was found dumped in Cockle Creek last year, has had her charges upgraded to murder.
