Federal authorities have charged a Missouri woman with storming the U.S. Capitol and posing with Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s nameplate during the riot.

At least three tipsters identified Emily Hernandez, from Sullivan, Missouri, to the FBI as the woman seen in videos and photos holding Pelosi’s wooden sign inside the Capitol on Jan. 6, according to a criminal complaint.

Hernandez can apparently be seen in a ITV News video wearing sunglasses and a gray winter hat while carrying the nameplate and surrounded by other President Trump supporters, the complaint states.

One tipster sent the FBI a photo from Hernandez’s Facebook page apparently showing she was inside the Capitol. A second tipster shared a screenshot from Hernandez’s Snapchat that appeared to show she under the Capitol dome, the complaint alleges.

Hernandez has not been arrested yet. She faces charges of unlawful entry, engage in disorderly or disruptive conduct and stealing federal property, the FBI said.

Authorities say more than 120 people have been arrested in connection with the Capitol riot, which killed five people, including a Capitol police officer.
