There’s a new housewife in Greenwich! Reality TV star and entrepreneur Bethenny Frankel has bought a classic Colonial in Greenwich, Connecticut.

The five-bedroom, four-and-a half-bathroom home on Pecksland Road was originally asking $2.85 million back in 2018. But Frankel snapped it up, via a trust, for $2.12 million, according to records.

The trustee listed for the purchase of her new home is Matt Klarberg, managing director of Monarch Business and wealth management, who counts Frankel as his client, according to Variety

At the same time, the former star of Bravo’s “Real Housewives of New York” has listed her Tribeca condo, on the fifth floor of 195 Hudson St., for $7.49 million. She bought it for $6.95 million back in 2016, according to property records. The sprawling, 3,275-square-foot home features three bedrooms, a home office and three bathrooms.

There’s also a nickel door, hardwood floors, custom closets, high ceilings, columns, a chef’s kitchen and “art walls,” according to the listing from Corcoran brokers Danny Davis, Lisa Balbuena and Lisa Resnick.

Built in the 1920s as a brick warehouse, the seven-story boutique condo building also boasts a common roof deck. But at 4,698 square feet, Frankel’s new Greenwich home is bigger and features a red door and white picket fence. Built in 1945, the home sits on 2.1 acres.

Inside, it features a grand foyer and an open living room and family room that both come with cozy fireplaces. French doors lead to a stone terrace, yard and pool. There’s also an eat-in chef’s kitchen, a dining room with custom cabinetry, a wine cellar, and a master suite with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, a sitting room and a private deck.

The current decor is rather traditional. However, we hear, Frankel is planning to glam it up with some modern touches. The Greenwich home’s listing broker, Maria Crowley of Houlihan Lawrence, declined to comment.
