A stunning Prospect Park West mansion once owned by Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Connelly and her Marvel-man actor husband Paul Bettany, is now officially back on the market for $12.25 million.

That’s actually less than the $12.4 million the sellers paid for it six years ago, in 2015, according to property records.

The Gilded Age limestone mansion had previously been an unofficial “pocket” or “whisper” listing asking $12.9 million, as we previously reported.

Built in 1899 by architect Montrose W. Morris, the historic, 25-foot-wide mansion is at 17 Prospect Park West and boasts 6,500 square feet.

It comes with seven bedrooms and features details like stained glass, mahogany columns, carved mantels, herringbone floors and five gas fireplaces.

There’s also a chef’s kitchen with a butler’s pantry and a dumbwaiter, a formal dining room, a 600-bottle wine cellar under the front stoop and a roof deck, balcony and garden.

Connelly — who has appeared in of “A Beautiful Mind,” “Requiem for a Dream” and, currently, “Snowpiercer” — and Bettany, of the new hit “WandaVision” on Disney+, bought the home for $3.7 million in 2003, and sold it for $8.45 million to a Google exec in 2008.

That exec, in turn, sold it for $12.4 million to a family trust linked to Apollo Global Management.

The listing broker is Douglas Elliman’s Lindsay Barton Barrett — who also repped billionaire Vince Viola when he sold his Brooklyn Heights manse for $25.5 million, a borough record.
