Anthony Hopkins has sold the Los Angeles residence he’s called home for 25 years and upgraded to a $6 million abode in the same neighborhood, The Post can report.

Hopkins, 83, sold his longtime Pacific Palisades home for $2.85 million on Feb. 17, property records show. He initially purchased the three-bedroom, two-bathroom property back in 1995 for $660,000.

The move comes eight months after the actor unloaded another longtime home, his 20-year oceanfront Malibu pad, at a hefty profit. He bought the home in 2001 for $3.75 million and sold it for $10.5 million in July.

Now, the Oscar winner, who was nominated Monday for the sixth time for his role in “The Father,” lives in a four-bedroom, five-bathroom house, located in West LA neighborhood Pacific Palisades. The home was snapped up in 2019 under the trustees of Samson Holding Trust.

It is unclear why the Welsh actor let go of two of his longtime homes, including his beach getaway pad. The Post has reached out to his reps for comment.

Known as the Point Dume Bluff estate, his former Malibu home features panoramic views of the ocean, a guesthouse and a private pool and spa area.

Hopkins made history today as the oldest nominee for a Best Actor Oscar for his role in “The Father.”

The actor previously won an Oscar for Best Actor in 1991 for his role as the cannibalistic serial killer Hannibal Lecter in “The Silence of the Lambs.”

In 1993, he was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II for services to the arts, but his knighthood was rescinded when he renounced his citizenship in 2000 to become a United States citizen.

Hopkins has been married to 64-year-old Colombian actress, Stella Arroyave, since 2003. He has a 53-year-old daughter, Abigail Hopkins, from his first marriage to Petronella Barker. Sources previously told The Post that they are estranged and he hasn’t seen his only child in 20 years.

He recently celebrated 45 years of sobriety.
