Serial mompreneur Pam Wolf made a name for herself founding the New York Kids Club.
Her latest project is a beauty and wellness collective, the Parlor. Now she and her husband are selling their landmarked Upper West Side townhouse for $8.15 million — down from its original 2018 ask of $10.92 million.
The six-story Renaissance Revival rowhouse, built in 1894, at 5 W. 87th St., is where the couple raised their four kids. At 6,534 square feet, the home — just off Central Park — features five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Details include high ceilings, hardwood floors and surround sound.
There’s a ground-floor eat-in chef’s kitchen, with French doors that lead to a brick-paved garden outfitted with a barbecue grill and fire pit.
Back inside, a grand staircase leads upstairs, to the parlor floor’s two entertaining rooms.
The bedrooms are spread out over the top three floors, including a full-floor main bedroom.
A top floor comes with a laundry room and stairs to the roof.
The couple bought the home for $1.9 million in 1999, according to property records — and then gut-renovated it, leaving nothing but the facade, said broker Vickey Barron who is listing it with David Favale, both with Compass.
