The trophy real estate fire sale continues!
Socialite Shafi Roepers has listed the third-floor co-op she bought with her ex, hedge funder Alexander Roepers, for the slashed new price of $45 million.
The five-bedroom, eight-bathroom home, at 4 E. 66th St., first went on the market for $65 million back in 2015.
It now comes with a whopping $20,770 a month in maintenance fees.
A private elevator landing opens to the full floor home, with 12-foot ceilings, woodburning fire places, Juliet balconies, herringbone floors, plenty of rooms for entertaining, French doors, a corner living room — and pretty Central Park views.
There’s also a formal dining room and a marble and stainless steel chef’s kitchen. The main bedroom comes with two bathrooms and two dressing rooms. The building, designed by James E.R. Carpenter, dates to 1920.
Past and present residents include hedge funder Daniel Nir, who sold his unit for $52 million in 2016, and Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, who paid $25 million for the penthouse in 2011.
The discounted price comes after billionaire Vince Viola sold his Upper East Side mansion for $59 million — down from its original ask of $114 million almost a decade ago, and after fellow billionaire Sidney Kimmel sold his Central Park South home for $18.6 million at a $4 million loss.
Of course, there’s also the estate of the late pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein, which sold for $51 million — $37 million off its original $88 million ask.
The listing brokers are Mary Fitzgibbons and Chris Poore of Brown Harris Stevens.
