Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen net $37M on NYC apartment, move to Miami 1

It’s official!

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen and quarterback Tom Brady have sold their Tribeca pad for $37 million, according to city property records. The Post was the first to report that the swank digs were on the market and in contract.

The buyer, we hear, is a Connecticut-based financier and the home was bought via a New Haven-based trust.

“It was a really quick sale,” said a source close to the deal.

The couple bought the 12th floor unit at 70 Vestry for $25.46 million in 2018, according to property records.

The 14-story building was designed by Robert A.M. Stern, whose firm also created 220 Central Park South and 15 Central Park West.

Meanwhile, Bündchen and Brady are building their new dream home in Florida, Page Six reported, where Brady plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. But that doesn’t mean they are saying goodbye to New York.

“They love the city, and the building, and they are keeping a smaller residence at 70 Vestry,” a source said.

Although they are leaving their five bedroom, five and a half bathroom residence with a 1,900-square-foot terrace, the couple are saying hello to a Miami mansion on exclusive Indian Creek — home to Julio Iglesias, fellow model Adriana Lima, billionaires Carl Icahn and developer Jeff Soffer, ex-Sears CEO Eddie Lampert — and Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump.

But Bündchen and Brady won’t be moving in so fast.

They plunked down $17 million — for a tear-down. They are now building an environmentally friendly dream home from the ground up. When the couple first moved to Tampa, they had been renting Derek Jeter’s mansion on Davis Islands.
