Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen sell NYC pad for $40M 1

Power couple Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen are selling their Tribeca home for just under $40 million, The Post has learned. 

 “They are in contract to sell and the deal is expected to close soon,” a source said. The buyer, we hear, is a New York and Connecticut-based financier. 

And they are making a killing on the sale — since they bought the 12th-floor unit at Related’s Robert A.M. Stern-designed 70 Vestry for $25.46 million in 2018, according to property records. 

Twelve also happened to be quarterback Brady’s lucky number, emblazoned on his Patriots’ jerseys. Brady is now with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 

The couple is still committed to the Big Apple — and they will be keeping a smaller unit they still own in the building.

“Tom and Gisele still love New York but they are downsizing because they are spending so much time in Tampa,” the inside source said. 

The five-bedroom, 5 1⁄2-bath residence they are selling comes with a massive 1,900-square-foot terrace. The 14-story building features an 82-foot lap pool, just one perk in its 12,000 square feet of amenities. 

When the couple first moved to Tampa, they rented Derek Jeter’s mansion on Davis Islands.
