Manchester United manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, has taken full responsibilty for their 6-1 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.

The result means United are yet to win at home this season, after losing 3-1 to Crystal Palace in their first fixture.

Solskjaer’s men took the lead early on through Bruno Fernandes’ penalty.

However, Spurs fought back, as Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son both scored twice. Serge Aurier and Tanguy Ndombele also got on the scoresheet.

“When we get the start we did you have the game where you want it. But then we made bad decisions.

“It’s my decision to pick the team I did, I hold my hand up.

“It’s nowhere near good enough, when you have a defeat like this you have to look yourself in the mirror,” Solskjaer told Sky Sports.
